In accordance with the Norwegian Purchase Act, there is a minimum 2-year guarantee on goods that are intended to last. Certain items have up to a 5-year warranty. Errors or deficiencies in goods must be documented and sent to us in writing at salg@eroma.no
Complaints do not cover problems with normal wear and tear or errors committed by the customer during handling.
